Niger Electricity Distribution Limited (NEDL) says it has successfully reconnected the Shiroro–Gwada and Shiroro–Erena feeders following successful stakeholder engagement facilitated by the Deputy Governor of Niger state.
In a statement by NEDL’s management, “the reconnection follows the conclusion of discussions and the development of a strategic framework aimed at improving electricity service delivery, strengthening stakeholder cooperation and establishing a sustainable payment arrangement going forward.
“NEDL appreciates the intervention of the Deputy Governor of Niger State and commends all stakeholders for their cooperation, constructive engagement and commitment towards achieving this resolution.”
NEDL assured that it remains committed to working collaboratively with our stakeholders and the communities we serve to promote sustainable electricity services and improve customer experience.
