Cat Deeley fans will no doubt be surprised to know she is celebrating her milestone 50th birthday on Friday.
While she's been in the spotlight for three decades, the former SMTV Live host looks far younger than her years.
Yet while many people see ageing as something to fear as they get older, Cat deems getting older a 'privilege'.
'The fact that you're here and enjoying life – gaining experiences while being happy and healthy. Wow. That, to me, is amazing,' the mother-of-two told Grazia.
She added: 'We all get older, if we're lucky – I'm backing my health with science.'
Instead of putting her body through hardcore gym workouts, Cat swears by four things: Yoga, walking, tennis and a Mediterranean diet.

While she was living in Los Angeles, Cat went on a daily 20-minute hike in the sunshine to improve her mental health.
'It makes all the difference,' Cat insisted.
Now she lives back in the UK, the gloomy British weather and early alarm clock for This Morning makes it more difficult to get a daily walk in.
Instead, Cat channels her energy into Yoga to improve joint mobility and calm her thoughts.
'I've been doing yoga for 20 years and I truly love it,' she admitted. ' It switches off my brain and helps me breathe.
'Even though I've been practising for so long, I'm no more bendy than the average person, but it makes me feel good and I never regret taking just 45 minutes for myself.
'Yoga really works for me because you have to concentrate on your breathing and your movement at the same time, so it stops my brain from going a million miles an hour.'
Cat insisted: 'You never regret doing exercise, you never come back and wish you hadn't done it, it feels amazing.'
Speaking to Harper's Bazaar previously, Cat said she takes 'little pockets of time' wherever she can as she offered advice to those struggling to find a routine.
'I think you have to find exactly what suits you – and quiet the external voices,' she said.
'We're pushed these different regimes that are incredibly complicated, incredibly time-consuming, and incredibly expensive, but fundamentally we're set up to fail – because you can't do it all.'
Her favourite thing to do with her two children Milo, 10, and James, eight, is playing tennis on weekends, while Cat also enjoys walking - going on daily hikes when she lived in LA

Her favourite thing to do with her two children Milo, 10, and James, eight, is playing tennis on weekends.
Back in 2022, she shared a video of herself playing tennis with her sons, who she shares with ex-husband Patrick Kielty, and said it's their latest 'obsession'.
'Our new family obsession. Talent? Questionable. Enthusiasm? Undeniable. Anyone for tennis?' she wrote.
When she's not indulging on a delicious plate of food dished up by one of the This Morning chefs, Cat aims to follow a Mediterranean diet.
'I like a little bit of everything – predominantly fruits and vegetables and a bit of protein – but I love French bread, red wine and a coffee,' she says.
'Like fitness, diet is about finding what works for you, and that way you can do it on a regular basis. If you listen to everything on food, it's like, “well now you can't eat potatoes”, and “have you heard about eggs?” “don't have dairy” – and then you look at what's actually in some oat milks and that’s not good!
‘I think you need to listen to your body. Pay attention and see what makes your skin better, see what makes you feel better, see what gives you a better night's sleep…'
Cat likes to start her day with a morning juice cleanse, made up of celery, cucumber, lemon and ginger juice which she pre-makes ready to go.
