Tripoli International Airport launched a recruitment platform yesterday to receive applications from those wishing to work.
It said this comes as part of the preparations for the reopening of the airport.
The airport said the recruitment platform opens the way for Libyan youth and those with competencies, qualifications and experience to contribute to the operation of the airport and the development of its services.
This step, it added, comes as part of the trend towards attracting national competencies and providing job opportunities, in line with the airport's needs and operating requirements, and contributes to building qualified cadres capable of performing the required tasks according to the approved specializations and standards.
The platform allows those wishing to submit their applications electronically, which helps organize the recruitment procedures, sort applications and select candidates according to the actual needs of the airport.
Tripoli International Airport is expected to open sometime in the ‘‘fourth quarter’’ of 2026.
