Arman Tsarukyan can’t help make headlines outside of the cage.
The UFC’s top lightweight contender ignited a melee Thursday at RAF 14’s pre-event press conference in Las Vegas when he attacked fellow event headliner Dillon Danis, creating a wild scene that nearly tore down the stage and left one security guard bloody.
After a spirited but largely controlled press conference featuring plenty of trash talk between the two main-eventers, Danis was asked to explain what was on his t-shirt. He then stood and showed off a custom design that showed Tsarukyan’s friend and occasional teammate, former UFC middleweight champion Khamzat Chimaev.
“It says, ‘Khamzat is my b****,’” Danis said. “And it has a picture with him without a beard.”
At that, Tsarukyan instantly stood and charged his RAF 14 foe, winging a right hand at Danis and prompting security to flood onto the stage.
By the end of the near two-minute scene, both men were restrained, the entire dais was in disarray, and a member of the event’s security team was visibly bloodied.
The entire exchange can be seen below.

Tsarukyan, of course, is no stranger to inciting outside-of-the-cage violence. He’s been party to several incidents over the past few years, including his infamous head-butt of Dan Hooker prior to their UFC Qatar main event in late 2025, and his explosive brawl with Georgio Poullas this past February, the latter of which set the stage for one of RAF’s biggest rivalries for the Tsarukyan vs. Poullas rematch at RAF 7 in March.
RAF 14 is set to take place this Friday at Fontainebleau Las Vegas in Las Vegas, headlined by a showdown between Tsarukyan and Danis for the promotion’s vacant middleweight crossover championship.
