France international Désiré Doué opened the scoring just before half time in the third game of the eight-match league phase.
After the pause, Xavi Espart levelled for the visitors. Doué set up Lucas Hernandez to restore PSG's lead in the 72nd minute. But Lamine Yamal struck Barcelona's equaliser seven minutes later.
PSG midfielders Vitinha and Fabian Ruiz both scored in the final 10 minutes to take the game away from the Spanish league pacesetters.
PSG boss Enrique urges squad to forget about past Champions League triumphs
"I would remind you that last year we also had nine points as we do today, and we were not in the top eight to qualify for the last 16 automatically," said Enrique.
"These matches are not decisive," added the 56-year-old Spaniard. "They will be decisive in April when the knockout stages begin. That will be the important moment in this competition."
PSG injury worries
On Wednesday, PSG's medical staff will carry out tests on stars Ousmane Dembélé, Marquinhos and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia who were injured during the match against Barcelona.
"We were able to overcome difficult moments in the second half," Enrique added. "I think that shows what kind of team we are and our ability to adapt all the time."
Enrique, who took over as PSG boss in July 2023, led the club to its first Champions League trophy in 2025 with a 5-0 annihilation of Inter Milan in the final.
Champions League: PSG romp past Manchester City to maintain perfect start
When they beat Arsenal last May, PSG became only the second team after Real Madrid to retain the crown since the European Cup morphed into the Champions League in 1992.
"It's true that they find solutions to everything," former France international Bixente Lizarazu told French broadcaster franceinfo on Wednesday.
"Barcelona are one of the best teams in Europe at the moment and PSG showed that they are still a cut above.
"I've spoken often about the collective structure of Enrique's PSG," added Lizarazu.
"What he's achieving with this team is genuinely very impressive. They are so solid that they seem unbeatable."
Lille and Lens in action
On Wednesday night, French Ligue 1 outfits Lille and Lens play their third match in this season's Champions League.
Lille host the Turkish side Galatasaray while Lens play in Belgium at Bruges.
After the eight games of the league phase, the top eight sides advance automatically to the last 16 knockout stages and the next 16 teams take part in a play-off for the other eight slots.
