Woman demands answers after Volvo burns down
In the video, the woman described the experience of watching her recently purchased vehicle go up in flames.
“Imagine watching your car burn only three weeks after you purchased it. I watched it burn to the ground while I stood on the side of the road, helpless, not knowing what to do,” she said.
She also expressed frustration over the lack of a resolution, saying five months had passed since the incident.
“It's been five months, and I need Volvo Menlyn to take responsibility,” she said in her appeal to the dealership.
The woman tagged Volvo Menlyn in her post and called for the dealership to address the situation.
