Dillon Danis and Arman Tsarukyan seem unable to stray from controversy.
Danis, best known for his allegiance to Conor McGregor and several vulgar social media comments, has regained activity in his combat sports career in 2026. The jiu-jitsu practitioner hopes to cut his poor form after enduring a rough 0-2 start to life on the RAF mats. However, a tall task approaches when Danis collides with Tsarukyan in the RAF 14 headliner on Friday, October 23.
Ahead of their scheduled clash, Dillon Danis and Arman Tsarukyan attended the mandatory press conference to build hype for their bout, and build hype they did. A few verbal jabs back and forth came to a head when Danis presented his shirt to the media: a picture of Khamzat Chimaev with the quote ‘Khamzat is my b**ch’. Chimaev is a teammate and friend of Tsarukyan, and the Armenian didn’t appreciate the crude joke.
Tsarukyan jumped from his seat and attacked Danis. The scene got ugly fast, as members of Tsarukyan’s team stormed Danis, attempting to attack him for the disrespectful gesture. Security pulled Danis away as they desperately tried to restore order amid the chaos. While unnecessary for all involved, the brawl only adds to the intrigue heading into Friday night.

Before the brawl broke out, Dillon Danis and Arman Tsarukyan traded barbs.
Danis accused Tsarukyan of pulling out of their canceled grappling match, claiming the UFC was scared of their star getting hurt and ultimately decided to pull him out.
Tsarukyan labeled Danis the worst fighter in MMA history, only crediting him as a good grappler. Ahead of the shirt reveal and subsequent brawl, tensions were already heated between the fighters. Danis, a master at getting under his opponent’s skin, managed to do so once again with a man known for his short temper.
