Thirteen people were wounded, some seriously, in an explosion involving an unknown ordnance near the community of Neot Mordechai in northern Israel on Monday, according to the Israel Police.
Northern District police officers and bomb disposal experts are responding to the incident, which was declared a mass-casualty incident by the IDF.
IDF and Hatzalah helicopters, along with Magen David Adom paramedics, are also responding.
Two unconscious victims are being treated on scene, according to ZAKA, along with two others in serious condition, with the rest receiving treatment for varying degrees of injuries.
