Zeenab Foods Limited, a leading Nigerian agro-commodity, food processing and international trading company, hereby invites reputable farmers, farmer cooperatives, aggregators, commodity merchants and established agricultural companies to submit Expressions of Interest for the supply of selected agricultural commodities.
The exercise is intended to identify and prequalify reliable suppliers with the capacity to supply quality agricultural commodities on a consistent basis to Zeenab Foods designated locations across Nigeria.
Commodities of Interest
Interested suppliers may express interest in supplying one or more of the following commodities:
- Paddy Rice
- Sorghum
- Millet
- Beans
- Sesame Seeds
- Dried Split Ginger
- Cocoa Beans
- Soybeans
Delivery Locations
Successful suppliers shall be required to deliver commodities, as may be specified in individual Purchase Orders or Supply Agreements, to any of the following designated locations:
- Abuja, FCT
- Kano, Kano State
- Sagamu / Ikenne, Ogun State
Specific warehouse addresses and delivery instructions will be provided to successful suppliers upon issuance of Purchase Orders.
Information Required from Interested Suppliers
Interested suppliers should provide the following information:
- Company or business name.
- Corporate profile and brief description of operations.
- CAC registration documents.
- Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Contact details, including address, telephone number and email.
- Commodity or commodities proposed for supply.
- Quantity currently available for immediate supply.
- Estimated weekly and monthly supply capacity.
- State and location of commodity origin.
- Warehouse or aggregation centre location.
- Previous commodity supply experience.
- Details of major customers previously supplied, where applicable.
- Evidence of capacity to mobilise and aggregate the stated quantities.
- Details of logistics and transportation arrangements.
- Proposed delivery location(s): Abuja, Kano and/or Sagamu/Ikenne.
- Bank reference or other evidence of financial capacity, where required.
Product Quality
All commodities supplied to Zeenab Foods must comply with the Company’s applicable quality specifications.
Commercial Engagement
Following evaluation and prequalification, successful suppliers may be invited to participate in:
- Spot purchases;
- Monthly or seasonal supply arrangements;
- Framework supply agreements;
- Annual supply contracts; and
- Other mutually agreed long-term procurement arrangements.
Commercial terms, including quantity, price, payment terms, quality specifications, delivery schedule and delivery destination, shall be agreed separately and confirmed through an official Purchase Order or Supply Agreement issued by Zeenab Foods Limited.
Submission of Expression of Interest
Interested suppliers should submit an Expression of Interest clearly indicating:
“EOI FOR THE SUPPLY OF AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES TO ZEENAB FOODS LIMITED”
The submission should clearly state the commodity or commodities being offered, available quantity, monthly supply capacity, commodity origin and preferred delivery location.
