Liverpool might have another Rio Ngumoha, who looks incredible.
The England international is all the rage right now. After back-to-back brilliant performances in the Champions League and some record-breaking dribbling numbers the world's attention is on Ngumoha right now.
He's starting to fulfil the promise we all saw and were told he had when Liverpool signed him from Chelsea in what will go down as an incredible fortuitous moment in the club's history.
Ngumoha came to Liverpool because he wanted a clear pathway into the first-team. At 18-years-old, it's fair to say Liverpool have delivered their promise with the youngster having already played 39 games for the Reds and made his senior England international debut.
It's scary to think just what his potential could be. Ngumoha has a special ability and it could catapult him to becoming the world's best.
How Liverpool are building a super team
Of course, it's not just Ngumoha. In Andoni Iraola's first-team we are also seeing the emergence of Trey Nyoni.
Behind them, there are a number of players with extremely high potentials. Ifeanyi Ndukwe is one of those excelling on loan in La Liga right now for Levante. Mor Talla Ndiaye looks to have been a steal from Senegal, who could easily become a regular starter for the Reds.
Then there's Joshua Abe, who made his debut for the first-team in pre-season at just 16-years-old. Luca Eden is being described as the next Steven Gerrard.
Lucca Brughmans became the most expensive U23 goalkeeper of all time. Samuel Martinez is being likened to Kaka.
Erik Farkas is also one of the leading talents of his generation. And not to mention Will Wright, who is scoring goals for fun in the U21 team.
Meet Liverpool's next Ngumoha
And there's one more.
His name is AJ Yeguo. A 17-year-old attacker who can play anywhere across the front three and who has started this season with five goal contributions and two penalties won in eight games for Liverpool's U18 and U19 side.
Yeguo represents England and Poland at youth level on the international stage and he's been in the club's academy for a long time.
He became just the fourth youngest player to feature in the UEFA Youth League last season after Ngumoha, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Trent Kone-Doherty.
Since then Abe and Eden have broken those records and knocked Yeguo down to sixth place but he is certainly in good company.
In fact, he might just be Liverpool's next Ngumoha. Like the club's current starboy, Yeguo also has a unique one vs one ability and he's able to cause a lot of problems in those situations.
