Farah Khan responds to Cyrus Broacha’s ‘fraud’ jibe at her cook Dilip

Comedian Cyrus Broacha recently took a jibe at Dilip, Farah Khan’s cook who frequently stars in her YouTube vlogs. The comedian called him a “fraud” and “overrated”. Farah has now hit back at Cyrus for the remarks.

“I don’t like that guy. He irritates me. He is like acting all the time now. The first couple of times he was nice; otherwise, he looks like a fraud to me. I think Farah feeds him the lines, and then he says whatever he wants. Sometimes I feel his heart is not in it. He is overrated,” Cyrus said during a conversation with actor Shantanu Anam.

Shantanu defended Dilip saying, “You are the only person in the world who doesn’t like Dilip. Dilip is lovable and sweet.”

Reacting to the podcast video in which Cyrus commented that Dilip was irritating, Farah wrote in the comments, “Cyrus I can replace him with you.” Cyrus replied, “Kal se aaun?”

Internet users commented on this banter. One such comment read, “Make an episode with him. Let’s see what Dilip has to say”. Another user said, “if Cyrus joins you...everyone will stop watching for sure”. “No Cyrus, you are not eligible. No one can replace Dilip,” said one user.

This newfound fame even landed him an ad shoot alongside Shah Rukh Khan. Beyond the screen, Farah revealed in November 2025 that a year of YouTube earnings helped clear Dilip’s debt, fund his son’s culinary schooling, and support the construction of a home in his hometown.
