At the time of the shooting at the sports facility in Älvsjö on Friday evening, floorball and football matches were being played nearby, with many people present. On Saturday evening, it was announced that the woman had died from her injuries.
According to the prosecutor, the suspects were arrested in Flemingsberg, south of Stockholm, at 4:30 a.m. on Saturday. Both deny any wrongdoing.
“They are not residents of Stockholm. From what we have been able to establish so far, they do not appear to know the victim,” prosecutor Lukas Tigerstrand told TT this weekend.
