Adriana Lima's jaw-dropping lingerie moment speaks for itself

It's almost time for the iconic Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2026, and we can't wait to see the extravagant display of dazzling lingerie and the appearance of those famous wings.

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is back for good after a five-year-long hiatus which ended in 2024. One of the most famous fashion shows of all time, at its peak, 10 million viewers tuned in to see Karlie Kloss make her debut, and Kanye West, Jay-Z and Nicki Minaj perform.

The original Victoria's Secret Angels commanded such attention in their myriad of daring pieces, and none is more well-known than Adriana Lima. Becoming an angel helped catapult the Brazilian bombshell to international fame, and she is now one of the most recognised models in the world. 

The longest-running VS Angel, she modelled for the brand from 1999 until 2018, when she retired her wings. The mother of three then went on to host and executive produce the reality show American Beauty Stars and appeared on How I Met Your Mother, The Crazy Ones, and Ugly Betty. 

When it comes to wearing lingerie, Adriana had so many incredible moments, but one of her most memorable was in 2003, at the ninth VS Fashion Show. 

The star delighted onlookers with her burgundy-hued lingerie, which featured a sparkly pair of low-rise knickers and a matching push-up bra. The pièce de résistance was her classic feathered white wings and sky-high champagne-toned high heels.

Adriana's life after Victoria's Secret

The model celebrated her 45th birthday in June. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband Andre Lemmers, 44, and her three children: daughters Valentina, 16, and Sienna, 13 – who she shares with her ex-husband Marko Jaric – and son Cyan, three, whom she shares with Andre.
