Alex Iwobi believes Fulham can get their season back on track following their 1-0 victory over Hull City in the Premier League on Saturday.
The Cottagers ended their winless run with a hard-fought victory at Craven Cottage, thanks to Iwobi’s first-half strike.
The Nigerian midfielder scored the decisive goal to secure all three points for the London club and boost hopes of a turnaround in their season.
The Nigeria international said it is important for Fulham to build on the momentum in subsequent matches.
“The win was a long time coming. We have performed well even though the results spoke otherwise,” Iwobi told Fulham TV.
“The manager has asked us to keep going and hopefully the luck will go our way and it has now started, we just have to kick on and we just have to use this momentum for the rest of the season.”
