The annual fund- (and fun-) raising holiday tour, which includes numerous stops in B.C., presents live music performances by leading artists right off the rail car. The event raises funds along the way for local food banks at one of the most in-demand times of the year.
The annual initiative by CPKC Rail is now in its 28th year and aims to celebrate “community and the power of coming together to help neighbours in need.”
This year’s headlining act will be Juno Award-winning Montreal rock group The Sam Roberts Band, with country singer Owen Riegling also onboard during the local stops throughout B.C.

Lit up with thousands of lights, the seasonally decorated train provides a rallying point for people to come together and generate food and funds for local organizations in the spirit of holiday cheer. Every donation stays in the community where it is given, according to the organization.
