The clip, posted on Instagram on October 19, 2026, was filmed in a selfie-style outdoors at dusk, with palm trees, storefronts, and traffic lights visible in the background.
The man appears to be recounting or reenacting the phone conversation while walking, with the on-screen caption reading:
"I wanna invite you to Tanzania."
Rocky's response left no room for debate
In the video, the man can be heard pitching the invitation with surprising confidence:
"I want to invite you to Tanzania. You and Rihanna. Everything will be taken care of by the government."
When Rocky reportedly replied that he was fine without the trip, the man went even further, sweetening the deal with a guarantee that.
Rocky, however, was not swayed. His response was brief and firm:
"I'm good, brother."
The man, to his credit, accepted the rejection graciously, wrapping up what appeared to be a short phone exchange with:
"I appreciate that. Thank you for your time. Love you. God bless you, brother."
The combination of the man's boldness, his government-backed promise, and Rocky's politely cold brush-off made the clip an instant hit online.
