Mel C will take to the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom floor during a fitness-inspired dance routine.
The 53-year-old singer, whose full name is Melanie Chisholm, will perform her song Sweat during the BBC dance programme’s results show on Sunday night.
Sporting a pink exercise top and blue shorts, the high-energy routine includes Mel C being lifted into the air and pedalling on a disco-ball exercise bike.

The results show will feature the UK television debut performance of Jamie Miller’s Babydoll featuring Off Campus star Antonio Cipriano.
The pair will perform the viral Babydoll dance alongside four of the Strictly professionals.
Week five of the current Strictly series will see the 12 remaining contestants return to the ballroom floor, with Dani Dyer dancing a salsa to Rosalia’s Despecha alongside professional Nikita Kuzmin.

She will perform a rumba with Kai Widdrington to Celine Dion’s It’s All Coming Back To Me Now.
Strictly Come Dancing returns on Saturday at 6.30pm and Sunday at 7.10pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
