Indianapolis Colts WR Keenan Allen (non-injury) was a full participant in practice Thursday, Oct. 15.
Why it Matters: After receiving a day off on Wednesday, Allen was back in action. He has been targeted a combined 18 times in the last two games, and while he doesn't have much upside, he can be a serviceable WR5 in PPR formats.
