Nat’l research fest at CU

The National Research Festival 2026 was held for the first time at the Chittagong University yesterday.

The daylong event was organised by the Chittagong University Central Students’ Union (Cucsu) at the university’s Shaheed Minar and Buddhijibi Chattar premises.

Students from 31 universities across the country participated in the event.

The festival features three main segments: research poster presentations by students, exhibitions in stalls set up by universities and institutes, and research talks and panel discussions involving eminent researchers and academics from business studies, social sciences and arts, biological sciences, and science and engineering backgrounds.
