Police are investigating a bizarre string of alleged sexual offences believed to have been committed by a man on an e-bike in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
According to police, three separate incidents were reported in the Narrabeen area between October 7 and 8, in which an unknown person allegedly approached women on walking trails, sexually touched them and then rode away.

In one of the incidents, a woman said her alleged attacker had also made inappropriate remarks.
After launching a public appeal on the weekend, NSW Police say a fourth woman has come forward alleging she was approached by an unknown man at Narrabeen Lagoon on October 1 at about 4.30pm, who proceeded to sexually touch her and then quickly flee on an e-bike.
The man was described as being aged in his 20s, of caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build, with dark brown hair.
He was seen wearing long black pants and a blue shirt.

On Monday, police were told that between 5pm and 5.30pm the same day, two women walking along Narrabeen Lagoon near Bilarong Reserve had been “sexually touched by a person riding an e-bike”.
The person is described as a teenage boy between 16-18 years of age, of caucasian appearance, and about 175cm tall.
The person was seen wearing a bright yellow top with green on the sides, long black pants and a round black helmet.
Police have urged anybody with information, mobile phone footage or dashcam footage to assist them with the investigation.
