Long battery life matters when your headphones are part of the daily routine. For commuting, school, work calls, and music on the go, the Sony WH-CH520 is a good fit, and there’s a strong deal on Amazon right now.
You can grab the Sony WH-CH520 Wireless On-Ear Bluetooth Headphones for $38 on Amazon, down from the $69.99 recommended retail price. That’s a 46% discount off the RRP, knocking about $31 off the usual price. It has rarely been cheaper, which makes this a nice time to buy if you’ve been holding off.
The big draw here is battery life. Sony says you can get up to 50 hours of playback, which is great for people who don’t want to keep charging their headphones. There’s also quick charging, with a 3-minute top-up said to give you about 1.5 hours of use.
The WH-CH520 also supports multipoint Bluetooth, so it can stay connected to two devices at once. That makes it handy for switching between your phone and laptop without having to pair again every time. In Sony’s companion app, you can adjust the sound with EQ controls, and DSEE audio enhancement helps compressed music sound better.
You also get a built-in mic for calls, plus a lightweight on-ear design that’s easy to carry around. These headphones are aimed more at everyday value and long battery life than extra travel features like active noise cancellation. Amazon shoppers seem happy with that trade-off, too, with the headset holding a 4.4-star rating on Amazon.
