"He's not getting bail": TikToker Bianca details High Court rejecting Peet Viljoen's bail appeal

• The Pretoria High Court dismissed Peet Viljoen's appeal against a previous bail refusal by the Commercial Crimes Court
• The magistrate highlighted concerns regarding witness tampering and alleged offences linked to the Tammy Taylor saga while out on bail
• Viljoen remains in state custody and is scheduled to make his next court appearance on 30 October 2026

In a video shared on TikTok by @biancasays3 on 15 October 2026, content creator Bianca provided an update on the ongoing legal proceedings involving Peet Viljoen. After being denied bail in the Commercial Crimes Court, Viljoen launched an appeal in the High Court, which was ultimately dismissed.

Peet Viljoen remains in custody ahead of upcoming court date

The presiding magistrate reiterated the primary concerns raised in the initial ruling, specifically citing potential witness tampering and allegations of further offences committed in connection with the Tammy Taylor saga while released on previous bail. As a result of the dismissed appeal, Viljoen remains in state custody as a "guest of the state" ahead of his next scheduled court appearance on 30 October 2026. Bianca noted that Viljoen's wife, Mel Viljoen, attended the High Court proceedings alongside his podcast partner, though their presence did not alter the court's stance on maintaining his detention.
