The 3-3 Seattle Seahawks have a huge game in Week 7. They'll host the 5-0 Kansas City Chiefs at Lumen Field on Sunday Night Football. It'll mark the return of former Seahawks running back (and Super Bowl LX MVP) Kenneth Walker III, who is currently dominating with the Chiefs.
Walker is currently averaging 133 rushing yards per game. He's posted a league-leading 665 rushing yards. He's averaging a league-high 6.3 yards per carry and has scored eight total touchdowns as an offensive playmaker. The former Michigan State standout has been held under 100 yards just once.
Meanwhile, the Seahawks haven't run the football effectively while navigating Walker's departure. They rank 18th in rushing, averaging a rather pedestrian 107.2 yards per game. Running backs Jadarian Price, Emanuel Wilson, and George Holani have combined to lose four fumbles in six weeks.
The Seahawks will hopefully get Zach Charbonnet back for the Chiefs game. Charbonnet has been recovering from a torn ACL injury suffered during the playoffs last season. He's currently expected to make his 2026 debut with the Seahawks coming off of the Thursday Night Football mini bye.
The Seahawks offense undeniably misses Walker greatly. He'll attempt to make it hurt when the Chiefs visit Lumen Field on primetime in Week 7.
