Ole Miss star running back Kewan Lacy left Saturday night's Texas game in Austin with a possibly re-aggravated upper-body injury.
Lacy was carted off from Saturday night's game after going to the blue medical tent after being tackled and going down on the field.
The Ole Miss running back entered the evening with a shoulder injury, as On3's Pete Nakos noted, which may have gotten re-injured again after Lacy was brought to the ground by Texas.
Of course, losing Lacy for any amount of time is never good for Ole Miss. He is arguably their best non-quarterback offensive player.
