👯 Founder(s): Filip Linek, Founder & CEO
📅 Founding year: 2023
🏭 Industry: Hospitality
💥 Problem: Hotel teams handle a huge volume of repetitive guest enquiries and tasks every day across email, phone and chat, which eats into time staff could spend on guests who need personal attention.
📣 Solution: BE-A, an AI hospitality agent that handles routine guest communication, reservations and front-office tasks 24/7 across WhatsApp, email, web chat and phone — and, through integrations with hotel systems, acts on requests (room availability, bookings, service info) rather than just answering them. Supports 100+ languages.
👥 Customers: Hotels (60+ already using BE-A across the UK, Germany and Czechia), e.g. Weetwood Hall Hotel and Hotel Atlantis near Brno.
🎳 Team size: 11-50
🌱 Stage: Seed
💰 Investment amount: Over €1M
🚀 Funded by: Purple Ventures, Garage Angels
👁️🗨️ Investor’s perspective:
“We invested in FLÆ Robotics because BE-A is already solving a very real problem for hotels and proving its value in day-to-day operations. The team combines strong hospitality experience with a clear product vision and international ambition. We believe there is significant potential to scale BE-A across European and global hotel markets.”
— Jan Davídek, General Partner at Purple Ventures
💡 It will be spent on: Accelerating product development, deepening integrations with hotel systems, growing the team, and international expansion; strengthening Germany, entering Austria, building on the UK launch, and preparing to enter the U.S. hotel market.
💬 In their own words:
“Hotel teams handle a large volume of repetitive enquiries and tasks every day across email, phone and other channels. We are developing BE-A to go beyond answering questions and carry out the next step within hotel systems. This gives staff more time for guests and situations that need their experience and judgement.
— Filip Linek, Founder & CEO
💪 Their specialty: BE-A categorizes incoming messages and routes requests to the right team or workflow, and executes the next step inside hotel systems.
🛣️ Traction: ~265,000 messages and voice interactions across nearly 160,000 conversations in July–August 2026 (4,000+ interactions/day), and 3,400+ bookings completed without human intervention in that period. A customer (Hotel Atlantis) praises its “natural and polite tone.”
🔑 Business model: SaaS — AI agent sold to hotels, integrated with their systems.
💸 Funding so far: Over €1M, this seed round is the company’s first disclosed external funding.
