Lenovo has brought one of its latest 14-inch convertible laptops to more countries. Now available in Europe, the IdeaPad 5 2-in-1 14IWC11 comes in multiple colours, with active stylus support and over 24 hours of battery life in official tests.
To recap, the IdeaPad 5 2-in-1 14IWC11 contains a 1200p IPS display with 400 nits peak brightness, a 60 Hz refresh rate and 45% NTSC colour space coverage. Also, Lenovo includes a single M.2 2242 slot for PCIe 4.0 SSDs and one SODIMM slot, condemning the laptop to single-channel memory in the process.
Now, the IdeaPad 5 2-in-1 14IWC11 has reached Europe, where pricing starts at £900 in the UK with the Core 3 304, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. However, pricing jumps to £999 with the more powerful Core 5 315, 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
Meanwhile, starting prices vary between €909 and €1,070 in the Eurozone for the same Core 3 304 configuration, also with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. At the time of writing, Lenovo charges between €1,199 and €1,239 for the more powerful Core 5 315, which achieves 10% higher scores in our benchmarks.
By default, the IdeaPad 5 2-in-1 14IWC11 ships in a Luna Grey finish. Alternatively, one can switch to Cosmic Blue in Lenovo's configurator. Also, the company sells an optional Linear Pen active stylus and a Wi-Fi 7-capable modem that adds Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, too.
All configurations ship with a 60 Wh battery. Reportedly, the Core 5 315 with 16 GB of RAM lasts the longest of any configuration that Lenovo sells, with a 12.85-hour runtime in MobileMark 30 at 250 nits and a 24.19-hour runtime during 1080p local video playback at 150 nits. Please see the company's website for more details.
