MBABANE – The Legendary Sipho Makhabane is in Namibia to motivate and perform at the 4th Graduation Ceremony of PMT Health Care Institution.
PMT Health Care Institution, a health training institute dedicated to grooming the best nurses with respect, love and compassion for all Namibians and the world, is based at 12 Sauerbruch Street, Windhoek West, Windhoek, Namibia 9000.
The institution will graduate enrolled nurses and Occupational Health and Safety Officers at the ceremony in Windhoek. The event is billed as “The Legendary Baba Sipho Makhabane Blessing PMT Health Care Institution 4th Graduation Ceremony” and is branded “Your Health is Our Expertise.”
Speaking ahead of the ceremony, Makhabane, who has been in the music industry since 1988, from his early hit “Jesu uyiqhawe”, said he received an invite to speak to the graduating nurses and doctors and also to perform at this event.
He said it is overwhelming to still get such invites after being in the industry for so long. Makhabane also appreciated the warm welcome he received in Namibia. He said the African cultural dance he was welcomed with at the airport is usually reserved for Heads of State. He added that he is looking forward to returning to the country to continue with his current talent search, which has received a lot of traction from the youth. He is currently sifting through over 280 video entries.
