By Zoila Palma: The Government of Belize continues to expand access to land ownership with the handover of 343 land titles for the St. Matthew’s Village Extension and Frank’s Eddy Subdivision.
The allocation includes 239 residential lots and 16 agricultural parcels in St. Matthew’s Village Extension, along with 88 residential lots in Frank’s Eddy.
Present at the handing over was Minister of Natural Resources Cordel Hyde, Cayo South Area Representative and Minister of Infrastructure Julius Espat.
The Government says that this initiative creates greater opportunities for Belizean families to own land and build a more secure future.
