Following Houston's win this past Sunday over Tennessee, the Texans completed the trade with Arizona for Harrison, which included a 2027 second-round pick being sent to the Cardinals.
Texans' HC DeMeco Ryans said earlier in the week that Harrison Jr. won't play every snap, but that the offense will find ways to get him involved.
Expecting Harrison Jr. to play, Liam Coen and the Jaguars were preparing for him to be available.
Harrison Jr. reunites with CJ Stroud, who was his college quarterback at Ohio State during the 2022 season. That year, Harrison Jr. caught 77 passes for 1,263 yards and 14 touchdowns.
