A lavish black-tie evening in Venice with Sir Elton John on the piano – it was a 64th birthday many could only have dreamed of.
And David Furnish, the Rocketman singer's partner of 33 years, rang in his celebrations at his new bar, Elton's Club, an intimate music venue co-owned with his husband.
Elton's Club was created in partnership with Sir Elton, 79, and Furnish inside the newly opened luxury hotel Airelles Palladio Venice on the island of Giudecca – right near the couple's private Venice residence.
In attendance was Sir Elton's godson, Brooklyn Peltz-Beckham, with his wife, Nicola, however, his estranged parents, Sir David and Victoria Beckham, were not in attendance.
Brooklyn, 27, and Nicola, 31, posed in pictures with Elizabeth Hurley's son, Damian, 24, who is another of the singer's ten godchildren.
During the raucous evening, which included a three-course dinner, Sir Elton took to the stage and serenaded his husband, whom he wed in a private ceremony in their Windsor estate in 2014.

Furnish, who is not a professional singer but has managed his husband since 2015 and also serves as CEO of Sir Elton's media company Rocketman, also performed for his guests.
Guests who jetted out to Italy for the weekend stayed in the five-star Airelles Palladio and readied for the party in the venue's impressive spa.
Rooms cost a staggering £1,313-a-night at the hotel, which is a stone's throw from the couple's waterfront 17th century one-bedroom apartment on the historical Venetian island – where properties cost up to £12million.
Sir Elton and Furnish bought their house in the early noughties; their property portfolio also includes a summer house in Nice, France.
The couple have two children, Zachary, 15, and Elijah, 13, who they welcomed via surrogacy.
Over the summer, Brooklyn and Nicola spent time with his godfather Elton and husband David at his villa in the South of France – instead of spending time with his parents.
Christmas 2024 was the last time the Beckham clan were pictured with Brooklyn and Nicola before they lost all meaningful communication.

The Beckhams and Elton have been pals for more than 30 years, with David affectionately calling the musician 'Uncle Elton' after the pair became friends in his football heyday.
Yet Elton appears to be pledging an allegiance with Brooklyn and Nicola as they attended the lavish black-tie dinner.
Elton seems to have acted as a mediator throughout the feud, with Brooklyn and Nicola seen holidaying with the singer on multiple occasions.
Elton was due to perform at the Beckhams' wedding in 1999 but was being fitted with a pacemaker for an irregular heartbeat – yet he later sang at Brooklyn’s christening.
Victoria once disclosed that Elton inspired her to say goodbye to the Spice Girls, penning an emotional letter to her older self where she confessed that watching her friend perform made her realise that her true calling lay beyond singing.
