Mike Evans is dealing with some pain as he left the field during the first half of the San Francisco 49ers’ clash with the Washington Commanders on Monday night.
Evans is going through the 13th year of his career in the league, his first year with the 49ers. He enjoyed a long and historic stint with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, looking to lead San Francisco to Super Bowl contention as his new team of representation.
Evans enjoyed a strong start to the season, helping San Francisco start 5-0 after five games. However, he sustained pain in his Achilles as he went to the locker room before the halftime break. NFL insider Adam Schefter provided an update, stating he is out for the rest of the game.
