50,000 Birmingham residents hit by bin collection blunder

Birmingham Council has admitted lessons must be learned after a bin collection pilot sent up to 50,000 North Birmingham residents the wrong waste calendar, with cabinet member Cllr Harris Khaliq apologising for the confusion caused by the Birmingham waste service pilot.
