Coach Tina Langley has continued to amass multiple five-star prospects from the high school recruiting ranks for the Washington Huskies.
As she builds out her 2027 recruiting class, Langley secured another top-end prospect with IMG Academy guard Jessie Moses, the No. 30 overall recruit and No. 2 combo guard according to the 247Sports Composite.
The 5-foot-9 versatile guard chose UW over three other finalists; Central Florida, Rutgers, and TCU, the second time in the '27 class that Langley and her staff beat out the Horned Frogs for a coveted top 100 recruit with Ze'Ni Patterson, a four-star guard from Archbishop Mitty High School in California, also choosing the program in the past few months.

Although the sixth-year coach in Langley gets the ultimate credit as the head coach, Moses noted the collective effort by UW's staff as one of the key factors that led to her decision.
"It’s difficult to pick just one coach because they are all amazing people," Moses said of the UW coaches. "They all took the time this summer to come watch me play and then get to know me as a person, especially coach Tina. The personal connections made with the coaching staff was a big part of my decision."
Moses, a Pennsylvania native who has lived away from home since 14, led the Westtown School to multiple state championships before she transferred to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida prior to her junior season. Now, going into her senior year for the Sunshine State powergouse, the five-star guard is fine-tuning her game to get prepared for life in the Emerald City next year.
"I have been living away from home since I was 14, starting at Westtown School and now IMG Academy," Moses said. "So distance wasn’t an issue for me. My mom fully supports my decisions and only wants what’s best for me, so during my official visit, we both knew it was a perfect fit for me."
UW has two listed senior guards on its 2026-27 roster, returning starter Sayvia Sellers and incoming Oklahoma State transfer Macey Huard, both of which have another year of eligibility remaining with the NCAA's new 5-for-5 rule that was approved this summer.
