The suggestion that the station limits certifications to one affidavit per day struck a nerve with viewers, many of whom know firsthand how dependent daily life in South Africa can be on certified documents, whether for job applications, school enrolments, or government services. Several commenters appeared to know the woman personally, and their responses added an entertaining layer to the already charged footage.
