Wanna play a game? Grand Theft Auto 6 leaker Cyberleek certainly does. Whoever is running the account is back after a long silence and won’t shut up. They’re promising an escalating series of clips depicting in-game chaos if people invest in their meme coin $Cyberleek. It hasn’t been going well.
The uniquely 2026 flavor of online grift began with the threat to leak the entire GTA 6 build Cyberleek seemingly has access to if the market cap on the cryptocurrency hit $30 million. And it seemed like there was a real shot of that happening, at least for a little while. $Cyberleek hit over $4.75 million over the weekend as the account effectively ransomed off Lucia nudes.
Cyberleek returned today, October 12, with a leak “roadmap” of the other footage they’ll allegedly release if the meme coin keeps going up:
- $5M: Mini Tank
- $9M: Tank
- $13M: Police Shootout
- $21M: Fighter Jet
- $25M: Train vs Train
- $30M: Full 200GB+ playable build
At the same time that Cyberleek was hyping these demands, however, $Cyberleek itself has been crashing. The coin’s value plummeted 50 percent in the last 24 hours, dropping the market cap to just $2.2 million. No one’s getting any GTA 6 tank battles at that rate.
All of the meme coin milestones outside of the release of the allegedly playable build seem trivial by comparison anyway. While Cyberleek has tried to claim that this entire circus is about fighting back against anti-consumer practices in the game industry–they claim the build won’t be leaked if Take-Two agrees to a disc version of GTA 6–everything surrounding it has undercut that fig leaf of a motivation.
And with the actual game’s official launch just over a month away, interest in another blurry video of GTA 6 gameplay footage showing stuff fans have already seen has been dwindling. Whether Take-Two and Rockstar are any closer to catching whoever’s behind the Cyberleek account is another question.
