Ed Sheeran plays the Estadio Bicentenario in La Florida, in south-east Santiago, on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November 2026, with the second show added in May after the first one reportedly sold out. Both nights start at 9 p.m. local time, which is 7 p.m. Eastern time, and tickets are sold only by Ticketmaster Chile.
For US readers, the first task is to buy a valid, named ticket, since Ticketmaster Chile is the only official seller. Chile asks no visa from US tourists, so the rest is a flight, a bed and a plan for the ride home.
We checked the dates, venue, start time and prices for Ed Sheeran in Santiago on the Ticketmaster Chile listings on 23 October 2026, and the sale details against Chilean outlets. What the promoter has not published is listed under what is not known.
Ed Sheeran in Santiago: Dates, Venue and Start Time
Ticketmaster Chile lists the Loop Tour 2026 dates as Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November, both at 21:00 and both at the Estadio Bicentenario La Florida on Enrique Olivares 1003. The promoter is DG Medios, a Chilean concert company, and Finneas, the US songwriter and brother of Billie Eilish, opens both nights.
DG Medios announced the Saturday show on 28 April 2026, and the Chilean broadcaster Chilevisión put the start at 9 p.m. that day. After the first date sold out, the promoter added the Sunday show on 6 May, according to the broadcaster TVN and the radio station Rock&Pop.
This is Sheeran’s first visit to Chile in almost ten years, Chilevisión wrote when the tour was announced. The Publimetro newspaper said Santiago opens the Latin American leg, which continues in Paraguay, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico.
The promoter says the show has a new live production, a redesigned stage and songs from his album Play, which came out in September 2025. Radio Concierto adds that it brings back the loop pedals Sheeran uses to build songs alone on stage.
Time Difference to the United States
Santiago is on summer time in November, which puts it three hours behind Greenwich Mean Time, and Ticketmaster’s own listing converts 21:00 on 21 November to midnight GMT. The United States ends daylight saving time on Sunday 1 November 2026, so New York is five hours behind GMT and two hours behind Santiago on both concert dates.
A 9 p.m. start in Santiago is therefore 7 p.m. Eastern, 6 p.m. Central, 5 p.m. Mountain and 4 p.m. Pacific on both nights. The start time is for the show itself, but we found no published time for the doors or for when Finneas goes on.
Tickets and Prices in US Dollars
Ticketmaster Chile is the only official seller, and its page warns that it takes no responsibility for tickets bought anywhere else. Chilevisión and BioBioChile report that sales ran in two stages in May, a presale for customers of the telecoms company Entel and Banco Santander cards, then general sale.
Tickets are named, so each buyer has to enter personal details or the holder will not be let in, Chilevisión says. Every attendee from the age of two needs their own ticket, and general sale allows six tickets per purchase.
The sector prices published in April, which include the service charge, start at 65,240 pesos (about US$66) for the standing area Cancha General, and the same price applies to the reduced-mobility sector. Tribuna Central is 76,890 pesos (about US$78), Platea Baja 99,025 pesos (about US$101) and Platea Royal 128,150 pesos (about US$131).
The two Cancha Frontal sectors cost 157,275 pesos each (about US$160), Pacífico Sur 192,225 pesos (about US$196) and Platea Zafiro 227,175 pesos (about US$232). The most expensive sector, Pacífico Centro, is 291,250 pesos (about US$297).
Ticketmaster’s own sector page shows the base prices without the fee, for example 56,000 pesos (about US$57) for Cancha General plus a 9,240 peso fee (about US$9). The fee is 16.5% of the base price, which is why the totals above are higher than the base prices.
All conversions in this guide use a rate of 981 pesos per US dollar on 23 October 2026, so a card charge in dollars may differ by a few cents. When we opened the Ticketmaster Chile page from outside Chile it showed a notice that no payment methods were available for our country of residence, so foreign buyers should test checkout early, and your bank may also add a foreign-transaction fee.
Are Tickets Still Available
BioBioChile and TVN reported that the Saturday show sold out within two days in May, and the Sunday show went on sale on 12 May. We do not know whether the Sunday show has sold out.
When we opened the Ticketmaster general-sale page on 23 October, its page data marked most sectors as available for both nights, Cancha General included. That is only a snapshot, since Ticketmaster does not say whether seats were released after the May sell-out, and availability changes by the minute.
We did not buy a ticket and cannot say how many seats are left in any sector. If a night shows as sold out, official resale is only through Ticketmaster, since the seller disclaims any ticket bought outside its system.
Getting to the Estadio Bicentenario
The stadium is at Enrique Olivares 1003 in La Florida, a district on the south-east side of Santiago. We found no published capacity for the concert layout, so we do not give one.
Metro de Santiago has not announced extra service for Sheeran, as far as we found. For an earlier concert at the same stadium, by the singer Emilia on Saturday 9 August 2025, it extended Lines 3 and 4 to midnight and named Rojas Magallánes on Line 4 as the entry station.
That is a precedent and not a plan for November, so check Metro’s service notices in the week of the show. A rideshare or taxi back after a stadium show is likely to be slow and costly, so settle your route before the last song.
Entry Rules for US Citizens
Chile’s national tourism board, Sernatur, says citizens of the United States, Canada, Australia, the European Union and South America need no visa to enter as tourists. Visitors must present an ID card or passport on arrival.
Travellers must also declare any animal or plant products on the form of the Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG), which is handed out on entry. The tourism board does not state the length of stay, so check the length of stay with Chile’s migration service before you fly.
Other Ed Sheeran Shows on the Loop Tour
If Santiago does not work, our guides cover the next stops: Asunción on 26 November, Buenos Aires on 29 November and São Paulo. Each has its own seller and prices, so Ticketmaster Chile tickets do not carry over.
What It Means for You
For a US visitor going to see Ed Sheeran in Santiago, the plan is to buy through Ticketmaster Chile with the traveller’s own name, to convert 9 p.m. to your own clock and to carry a passport. Tickets cost between about US$66 and US$297 before any card fee, which is small beside flights and a hotel.
For the city around the show, see our Santiago expat city guide and the Rio Times Chile hub. For a second stadium booking in the same venue, see our Gorillaz in Santiago guide.
What Is Not Known
DG Medios and Ticketmaster have not published the door time, the start time for Finneas, the end time or the setlist. We also found no stadium capacity for the concert layout and no official word on a livestream or a US broadcast.
We did not reach the promoter to confirm the Sunday start time, so we use the 21:00 shown on the Ticketmaster listing. Shows can be moved or cancelled, so recheck the listing and your ticket email before you travel.
