Olight has now listed the ArkTac and ArkTac Ultra flashlights, including pricing and availability. The new high-end flashlights will go on sale during Black Friday week, according to the manufacturer.
Olight has updated its store listing for the ArkTac flashlight series with availability information. The new flashlights cater to a more professional audience but will be generally available on Black Friday. According to Olight, all three sets will go on sale during the Black Friday week. Previously, Olight had planned to release the sets before the end of the year.
The base ArkTac costs 120 USD and features a floodlight, a spotlight, a red light, and a UV light. The ArkTac Ultra costs 160 USD and adds a laser, either a Class 3R or Class 1, depending on the market.
It also uses Olight's OAL2 aluminum alloy for its unibody design. Olight promises improved ruggedness compared with the 6061 aluminum used in the base model. The Ultra model also uses a slightly brighter spotlight at 1,800 lumens instead of 1,700 lumens.
Finally, the ArkTac Ultra Premium set, priced at 200 USD, comes with the ArkSnap holster and a carry case .
Pricing and availability for accessories like the MCC4 USB-C cable or the magnetic ArkSnap holster are still unclear. The MCC4 cable is included with all three offerings. This is the first time Olight has used USB Type-C with the proprietary MCC cables. However, the ArkTac series can also be charged via a regular USB-C cable.
