The funding round was led by the Nadathur Family Office.
Singapore-based Genie Health has raised $3.8m (US$3m) in seed funding, aiming to expand its health intelligence platform, which serves individuals and healthcare providers.
The round was led by the Nadathur Family Office, with participation from Liminal, a Temasek-backed Founders’ Studio, and two healthcare executives.
The funds will go towards the platform’s artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, speeding up adoption of its clinic product amongst providers, and hiring product, engineering and healthcare talent.
The platform includes Genie, a free application that pulls health reports, wearable data and provider records into a secure “Health Locker” and generates personalised insights and next-step guidance.
Meanwhile, Genie SmartCare, aimed at clinics, uses agentic AI to engage patients around the clock and handle appointment and follow-up bookings, whilst combining longitudinal records and wearable data for care teams.
“This funding will enable us to scale both the Genie app and SmartCare faster,” said Hari V. Krishnan, co-founder and CEO.
Anand Nadathur, Principal of the family office, will join Genie Health’s board.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW
Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.
Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.
We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.
If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
