Sienna Spiro paused her Nashville concert on Wednesday night as a fan got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend.
The English singer-songwriter, 21, was performing at the Ryman Auditorium in Tennessee when the romantic moment happened.
Right at the front of the crowd was a man who during a break between songs, began rummaging in his pocket for something as a shocked Sienna then realised what he was about to do.
She looked at him and said: 'Oh my God! Does she know?' to which he responded: 'No she doesn't know...'.
He then turned to his partner and got down on one knee as the crowd began to cheer and clap once they realised what was going on.
As Sienna stood on the stage with her hand covering her mouth she was left in total shock before walking over to the pair and asking their names.

She then said to the crowd: 'Oh my gosh please say congratulations everybody! This is crazy congratulations to you two, did you know? Did you have any idea?' The woman then shook her head.
Taking the microphone, the man then told the crowd that he had left the show mid concert to go and get the ring and bring it back.
He explained: 'So I ran all the way from here to our condo to get the ring. I acted like I needed a bathroom break and then I just ran! It is such an honour to do it here with you.'
Sienna later shared a clip of the moment to her Instagram Story as she penned: 'I've ALWAYS wanted this to happen.'
The venue also shared a video of the proposal as the caption read: 'You never know what a show at the Mother Church has in store for you. Congrats to the happy couple!'
Fans were enjoying watching the sweet moment and penned in the comments section: 'What better place to pop the question than at the mother church.',

The Ryman Auditorium has the nickname The Mother Church of Country Music because it was originally built as a religious house of worship and later became the iconic home of the Grand Ole Opry.
It comes after earlier this year UK pop sensation and TikTok icon Sienna spoke out about the mistreatment of women behind the scenes in the music industry, branding it 'just awful'.
In an interview, the star, who rocketed to fame after going viral on TikTok and broke into the singles top ten for the first time with her song Die On This Hill, claimed women are not treated equally.
She said: 'Women are absolutely not treated equally behind the scenes, in management, labels, studios, everywhere.'
Speaking to Music Week, the London-born star continued: 'The term 'boys club' is very, very true.
'It's really alarming to see, and the further I've gone in my journey, the more I've noticed it. I really hope things will improve, and they have changed for women who are front-facing and in the public eye. But I think the way women get treated behind the scenes is just awful.'
Her rapid rise has been fuelled by social media platform TikTok, where she boasts more than four million followers and 130.5 million likes.
Despite her popularity, she told Music Week she prefers to manage her own social media.
'I will always do my own personal social media just 'cause I'm a control freak,' she said, offering advice to fellow artists.
'Make what you want, what you think will last, what you love, what you feel like you'll never grow out of. I think when you do that, people gravitate towards authenticity, they just do. We're humans. It's nature.'
In May, during a Rolling Stone magazine cover interview, she discussed her struggle with food issues, worsened during the COVID pandemic.

'When I started doing more performances or doing pictures, I couldn't figure out how I wanted to dress and how I wanted to look,' she told the magazine.
'I hated the idea of people being able to see me and perceive me. So I used to wear bigger clothing, and I didn't really do anything with myself because I was figuring myself out.'
Elsewhere in the interview, she spoke about having ADHD and how the diagnosis has been 'validating and interesting to learn about'.
'That's what a lot of the music is about, like 'The Visitor' – struggling to keep up with people and being too aware of everything, you end up losing people – and you're temporary,' she explained.
Earlier this year, Spiro was nominated for the BRITs Critics' Choice Award – without even releasing a studio album.
