J’Koby Williams Leads the Way

Hammond also helped Texas Tech control the game, while linebacker Ben Roberts delivered a major defensive play by returning an interception 24 yards for a touchdown. That score helped the Red Raiders maintain control and made Arizona State’s comeback attempt even more difficult.
Texas Tech’s offense produced points consistently throughout the first half, showcasing the balance and explosiveness that have made the Red Raiders a serious contender in the Big 12.
Arizona State Struggles to Keep Pace
Arizona State showed some fight after halftime, but the deficit was simply too large to overcome. Boley threw two interceptions in the first half, including the pick-six that further tilted the game toward Texas Tech.
Backup quarterback Mikey Keene entered after halftime and provided a spark, throwing for 256 yards and two touchdowns. However, the Sun Devils could not erase the damage from their early mistakes.
Texas Tech Sends a Message

For Arizona State and Dillingham, the loss raises further questions after another difficult conference outing. The Sun Devils will need to limit turnovers and find greater consistency if they hope to turn their season around.
Texas Tech avenged last season’s narrow loss to Arizona State in emphatic fashion, proving it has the firepower to compete with the best teams in college football.
