The Tennessee Titans are in need of a good day on Oct. 18.
Tennessee (0-5) travels north to face the Indianapolis Colts (2-3) at Lucas Oil Stadium in Week 6 (noon, FOX), trying to avoid an 0-6 start to the Robert Saleh era.
After last week's embarrassing loss to Houston, this week has shifted between a focus on Cam Ward's struggles in Year 2 and a pair of media interviews on Oct. 16 by CEO Burke Nihill in which he voiced his support for Saleh and GM Mike Borgonzi.
Ward's sophomore season is partly reflected upon the season's current record. The 2025 No. 1 overall pick has three games with a yards per attempt of 5.0 yards or lower in 2026 and two games at 7.2 yards per attempt or higher.
The Titans defense has a tall task in stopping Colts running back Jonathan Taylor. The All-Pro back has not yet exceeded 100 rushing yards this season but did so twice against Tennessee last season.
