As mentioned, the Falcons have ruled four players out for Sunday’s game: corner Billy Bowman, linebacker Divine Deablo, lineman Michael Jerrell, and running back Brian Robinson. The defense seems a lot better when Deablo is out there, so it’s certainly not ideal to be without him. On the bright side, corners A.J. Terrell and C.J. Henderson will both be returning.
One interesting thing with the Falcons this year is them only having two running backs on their active roster throughout the first six games. With Brian being ruled out for Sunday, the team will be elevating Khalil Herbert to slot in as the backup running back. We’ll see how much action Herbert actually gets, as the team does like to keep Bijan fresh.
