Pakistan says any dialogue with the Taliban depends on what it called concrete and verifiable action on the ground against armed groups operating from Afghanistan.
Sajjad Haider Khan, a spokesperson for Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry, said at the ministry’s weekly media briefing that talks with the Taliban must produce tangible security results.
