KARACHI: A local court sent Iqrarul Hassan to jail on judicial remand while denying the NCCIA further physical remand of the accused on Monday.
The court heard a case against Iqrarul Hassan over posting material on the social media against the state.
The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) produced Iqrarul Hassan in the court of Judicial Magistrate-East seeking his physical remand.
The magisterial court while ordered sending the accused to jail on judicial remand. The court also summoned the challan of the case from the NCCIA within 14 days.
The defence lawyer has submitted the bail petition to the court in the case.
