Controversial pastor and aspiring politician Victor Kanyari has found himself in a fresh drama after catching his own bus driver mid-act, siphoning fuel from a vehicle meant for community transport.

Kanyari shared the confrontation video on Wednesday, October 14, and it did not take long to attract attention online.
The footage shows him walking along a dusty road towards the parked bus, which carries stickers promoting his 2027 bid for the Kasarani MP seat. He immediately clocked what was going on: two men with a pipe and container, draining fuel from the vehicle.
"This is my bus — they are siphoning fuel, yet it is a charity bus. Luckily, I found them in the act," he said as he approached the scene.

When Kanyari questioned the men, the driver tried to claim he was simply returning fuel into the vehicle. Kanyari was not buying it.
"What is happening? You are stealing fuel," he shot back, before ordering both men to sit on the ground.
Things unravelled quickly from there. One of the men admitted that the driver had sold him the fuel and that money had already changed hands. He even produced an M-Pesa message showing he had sent KSh 1,500 for 10 litres.
Kanyari turned to the driver:
"I pay you KSh 30,000 and you steal from me?"
He also revealed that he had been puzzled for a while by how rapidly the fuel was disappearing from the bus.
Despite the embarrassing catch, Kanyari chose to handle the matter with restraint. He forgave both men and instructed the driver to refund the KSh 1,500 to the buyer on the spot.
In his caption for the post, Kanyari explained the purpose of the bus and why the theft stung particularly hard.
"It's so painful😭; on my way to promote and empower people in Kamulu found my bus driver siphoning fuel. I use the bus to help people with free transport," he wrote.
Followers had mixed reactions to the clip, with some expressing shock while others questioned its authenticity.
