Fantasy footballmanagers have plenty of injury situations to monitor heading into Week 7 of the NFL season. Lamar Jackson, Saquon Barkley, and Mike Evans lead a long list of key players dealing with injuries, while Jalen Hurts and Terry McLaurin have already suffered season-ending setbacks. With bye weeks in full swing, several of these situations could significantly affect weekly lineups.

Lamar Jackson, Saquon Barkley and other key players
Lamar Jackson remains one of the biggest quarterback situations to monitor. The Ravens star has missed the past two games with an ankle injury but has a chance to return this week against Cincinnati. His return would immediately boost Baltimore’s offense and the fantasy outlooks of players like Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews.
Jalen Hurts is unfortunately in a completely different situation. The Eagles quarterback was placed on injured reserve because of blood clots and is reportedly expected to miss the remainder of the season. His absence dramatically changes the fantasy outlook for Philadelphia’s entire offense, including Saquon Barkley.
Speaking of Barkley, he has already missed two games because of a hamstring injury and remains a major player to watch. Philadelphia desperately needs its star running back with Hurts sidelined, and a return would immediately make Barkley one of the most important fantasy players in the league.
Other running backs worth monitoring include Jeremiyah Love, Quinshon Judkins, Breece Hall, Kyle Monangai and David Montgomery. Jacory Croskey-Merritt has been placed on injured reserve, while Jordan Mason could potentially return from IR. Josh Jacobs is also eligible to play after being removed from the Commissioner’s Exempt List, and Zach Charbonnet could potentially return for Seattle.
Mike Evans, Davante Adams and the wide receiver concerns

The wide receiver position has taken some significant hits entering Week 7. Davante Adams is expected to miss six to 10 weeks because of a ruptured hamstring, making him a long-term fantasy absence for the Rams.
Mike Evans is another major concern after aggravating an existing Achilles issue during San Francisco’s Monday night win over Washington. Evans left the game after catching three passes for 94 yards, and his status for Week 7 remains uncertain.
Terry McLaurin suffered a significant knee injury and will miss the remainder of the season, while Romeo Doubs has been placed on IR with a shoulder injury. Rashee Rice, Stefon Diggs, Ladd McConkey, Deebo Samuel Sr., Jordan Addison, and Adonai Mitchell are among the other receivers fantasy managers need to monitor. Tank Dell, meanwhile, is reportedly on track to return in Week 7.
At tight end, Tyler Warren and T.J. Hockenson are dealing with injuries that could affect fantasy lineups.
The Week 7 injury report will continue changing throughout the week, making practice participation and final game designations particularly important before fantasy managers lock in their lineups
