Khloé Kardashian unveils major backyard transformation with spectacular pool at $17 million home

Khloé Kardashian is in full spooky season – and she's even decorated her entire house to fully embrace the holiday.

The reality star took to her Instagram Stories on October 23 to show off her decorations at her $17 million California home. Khloé completely transformed her backyard with hanging pumpkins, autumnal wreaths and orange garlands adorning the exterior. The star then showed off her large swimming pool, which had been filled with giant inflatable pumpkins and bats. A skeleton was playfully positioned on one of the inflatable sunloungers.

Khloé also set up an arts and crafts station for her kids, with the table decked with beads, paint, glitter, and games. 

Located in the gated enclave of Hidden Hills, Khloé's home was built next door to her mother Kris Jenner's renovated property. After undergoing construction for two years, the reality star moved into the new build in 2021, with the home sitting on a 10,000-square-foot piece of land.

The mother-and-daughter duo invested a total of $37 million to build neighboring mansions on the 4.4-acre land, with Kris spending over $20 million. Khloé sold her Calabasas home for $15.5 million eight months after the pair's joint expenditure. 

Khloé Kardashian's relationships

Khloé and Tristan Thompson share two children together – daughter True and son Tatum. The NBA star is also a father to son Prince, nine, with Jordan Craig and son Theo, four, with Maralee Nichols. 

During a recent episode of her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, the star revealed that she finds the constant questions about her private life uncomfortable. "I think it is so offensive," she shared. "I just find that insane for people to feel that they have that right to even know that information! I find that bizarre."

"I don't think people realize that I'm not a victim. I'm not complaining. I am totally fine and thriving and great," she added of being single. "For me, choosing to heal and go the way that I'm going is because of an incredibly traumatic situation that happened to me, that I was left with no other choice but to step away from everything and everyone so that I could go and heal and recover and become a better person for myself."

Khloé also admitted that her priorities have changed since having two children. "I do have children that are now so influential … and I don't want to make any more mistakes for them," she explained.
