KUANTAN: An unemployed 19-year-old man was charged at the Kuantan magistrate's court today with murdering a female student.
F. Alan Stevekumar was read the charge by a translator before magistrate Tuan Ruzuaini Tuan Lah.
Wearing a black T-shirt and red shorts, Alan said "faham" (understand) after the charge was read.
He was charged with causing the death of M. Elisa Jonova, 19, between 4.32am and 4.50am on Oct 6 at Jalan Air Putih 2.
