Construction led gains at 21%, whilst medical information and childcare fell 33%.
Singapore job postings rose in 44% of occupation categories over the past three months, according to an Indeed report.
Sectors that recorded gains include construction (21%), security and public safety (18%), scientific research and development (13%), and social science (13%).
Indeed said these gains were offset by large declines in medical information (-33%), childcare (-33%), dental (-24%), and retail (-17%).
Tech hiring was also mixed in the same period, with gains in information technology (IT) systems and solutions (10%), software development (5.6%), and IT infrastructure, operations, and support (3.7%).
Postings in data and analytics, however, fell 12.5%.
Recent job postings have been supported by data centre investment, which has strengthened throughout 2026, according to Indeed.
The job platform said the job market remains tight, with postings up slightly over the year.
"Skill shortages are still common, recruitment is still challenging, and there are few pockets of genuine hiring weakness," it added.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW
Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.
Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.
We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.
If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
