A serious allegation of harassment has been levelled against a doctor in the surgery department of Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) by a young woman who had visited the hospital to collect a medical report.
According to reports, the woman’s mother submitted a written complaint to the hospital authorities in connection with the alleged incident. A formal police complaint was also lodged at Bhangagarh police station.
